We're looking for a "catchy" project title and ideally an easy to remember acronym - any help from creative minds would be appreciated...
So far I've come up with the following:
TITLE
- Open textbook in digital literacy for teacher education
- Digital Futures: Open Textbook for Educators
- Digital futures in teacher education
ACRONYM:
- DETECT: Digital futurEs in Teacher EduCaTion
- DEFuSE: Developing open educational resources For Sheffield educators
- CONTEnT: Creating an Open Networked Textbook for Educators
- OuTLiER: Open Textbook: Digital Literacy Educational Resources

- Fill in JISC template for project website - currently in draft version draft of project website (JISC template).doc
- Establish project website/blog - most probably will use wordpress to have a more dynamic site which can be frequently updated
- Establish project website at lead institution - a page at SHU, quite static with basic info about the project, will be a mirror to the wordpress site
- Establish Twitter, slideshare, diigo, netvibes etc. accounts (any other Web2.0 applications I should consider? suggestions are very welcome!)

Thanks for all this work on the wiki. On my to do list I have 'contact schools'. I want to do this next week but have you managed to do a checklist of what message we need to give? I don't want to step out of line and say stuff that does not fit with the project.
