Frontpage Project meetings School visits 9 Feb project meeting
Draft agenda for DeFT team meeting on 3rd Feb.
The aim of the meeting is to discuss issues emerging from school visits in January and prepare for the 9 Feb project meeting for teachers where we will be discussing case studies. All supporting documents are in the table below.

2. Feedback on school visits - emerging themes, issues in common, things we have to follow up on, gaps etc.

5. Things to be decided
- finalise case studies (are they fit for purpose?)
- decide on a training package for teachers
- decide on structure/timescale of the open textbook
- agree on detailed involvement of creative partners - who does what; with whom
- decide on equipment to purchase for the project (on loan basis for schools)
- agree on dissemination strategy for the project; suggestions include:
- events organised by schools involved in the project
- showcase at Sheffield Children's Festival in July ("project voices" installation)
- regional event for the school sector at the end of September
