This page pulls together information about the Digital Bloom event in the Winter Gardens in July 2012.
The "Digital Bloom" installation celebrating the work of the pupils of schools participating in the "Digital Futures in Teacher Education" project took place in Sheffield Winter Gardens between 9-13 July as part of Sheffield Children's Festival. The centrepiece of the installation was the artwork of children from Mundella Primary School who worked with Richard Johnson from Sheffield Children's Festival to create digital flowers using the Brushes app on iPads, with the work inspired by David Hockney’s digital paintings.
